Terms of Service

Pair & Post is only for adults. You confirm you are at least 18 years old. We check your date of birth when you sign up or finish setting up your profile, and refuse accounts that do not meet this requirement.

Pair & Post introduces brands and creators and provides the tools to apply, message, agree deliverables and review each other. Any collaboration is a direct agreement between the brand and the creator. We are not a party to it, do not guarantee that any listing, product, payment or piece of content will happen, and do not supervise or control either side.

Creators are independent contractors. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency or franchise relationship with Pair & Post or with a brand. Creators are responsible for their own taxes, insurance and business expenses.

Creators must comply with the FTC Endorsement Guides and any equivalent local rules. Every post produced through a Pair & Post collab must clearly and conspicuously disclose the relationship — for example #ad or #sponsored placed where viewers will see it without clicking "more", plus the platform's own paid partnership tool where available. Undisclosed sponsored content is grounds for removal from the platform.

Brands are solely responsible for the safety, legality, licensing, insurance and accuracy of any product, service, stay, trip, meal or experience they provide, and for the accuracy of everything in their listing. Pair & Post does not inspect, endorse or insure listings. Creators should use their own judgment and, for in-person or travel opportunities, carry their own insurance.

Creators keep ownership of the content they create. The usage rights a brand receives — what it can use, on which channels, for how long, and whether the content may be boosted as paid media — are set out on each listing and in the collab agreement between the two parties. A brand gets no rights beyond what the collab specifies. You grant Pair & Post a limited licence to display your profile, listings and submitted content links inside the platform.

Posting opportunities is free. Brands pay $99 per confirmed creator on collabs with no cash fee, such as free product or a hosted stay, or 15% of the creator's fee on paid collabs with a minimum of $99, charged when the creator is confirmed. An optional Pro Plan is planned. Its features and price will be published on our pricing page before you commit. Commission is paid by the brand and never deducted from a creator's fee. • Misrepresenting your identity, audience, follower counts or engagement
• Buying or using fake followers, views or engagement
• Posting sponsored content without the required disclosure
• Listing products, services or experiences you cannot lawfully provide, or that are unsafe
• Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, threats or sexual solicitation
• Asking a creator for anything outside the agreed deliverables as a condition of receiving a product, a stay or payment
• Taking payment or deliverables off-platform to avoid fees, where a collab began here
• Spam, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass our rate limits or security
• Uploading content you do not have the rights to

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is fraudulent or unsafe, or where required by law. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. You can close your own account at any time from Profile → Account and data; cancelling is as simple as signing up.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for the conduct of any brand or creator, for anything that happens at an in-person or travel opportunity, for content that is not delivered or not paid for, or for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. Some states do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] against claims arising from your listings, your content, your collabs and your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms and will change the "last updated" date above and notify you of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict of law rules.
