• Date of birth, used only to confirm you are 18 or older
• Password (stored only as a salted hash by our authentication provider)
• Whether you joined as a brand or a creator
• The date, time and version of the Terms and this policy you agreed to

Creators:

• Profile photo, display name, short bio, home city and state
• Niches and the content types you produce
• Social accounts: platform, profile URL, handle, follower range, and which is primary
• Whether you can travel with a guest
• Optional analytics screenshots you upload (stored privately)

Brands:

• Company name, website, logo, business type and your job title
• Number of locations, main city and state
• How you heard about us
• Listing content: photos, descriptions, dates, deliverables and compensation details

• To create and secure your account and confirm you are 18 or older
• To show your public profile and listings to the other side of the marketplace
• To deliver applications, messages, deliverable checklists and reviews
• To send transactional email: verification, password reset and collab updates
• To send marketing email only if you opted in, which you can turn off at any time
• To detect abuse and enforce our rate limits and Terms

Public to signed-in users: your display name, photo, bio, city and state, niches, content types, social accounts and follower ranges, portfolio, listings and reviews, plus an "18+ verified" indicator.

Private to you and our administrators: your email address, phone number, exact date of birth, password, private account details and any analytics screenshots you upload. These are never returned by a public query and never shown on a profile.

• The other party in a collab you apply to or accept, limited to the public profile information and what you send them
• Our hosting, database, storage and email providers, acting on our instructions
• Google, only if you choose 'Continue with Google' to sign in
• Law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to

We do not sell your personal information.

• Account and profile data: while your account is open
• Applications, messages, deliverables and reviews: while your account is open, then removed when you delete your account
• Records we must keep for tax, accounting or dispute purposes: up to 7 years
• Sign-up attempts blocked because the person was under 18: no account is created and no data is stored

From Profile → Account and data you can download everything we hold about you as a JSON file, or permanently delete your account. Deleting removes your profile, social accounts, applications, messages, saved items, reviews and uploaded files, and signs you out. You can also email [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will action the request.

Depending on where you live you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict or object to our use of your information, and to complain to your data protection regulator.

Pair & Post is for adults. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account, and our servers refuse sign-ups with a date of birth under 18.
